To manage the property professionally without requiring the owner to be present for every step, LeaseHomez requires a Limited Operational Authorization at the documentation stage.
This allows us to handle MyGate, ApnaComplex, NoBrokerHood app access, security desk communication, association paperwork, move-in approvals, key handling, and occupancy documentation — on the owner's behalf, professionally and without delay. Especially critical for NRI and outstation owners.
